The location is wonderful. Well situated, easy to find. The fact that parking is available not far off site was great. The air conditioning was a great saviour, and the mini fridge was very welcome to store water.

The hotel is very cheek nestled in a small central neighborhood. The room was exceptionally spacious with a full size jacuzzi tub. It’s a “self check” in with staff, but they are not always present at the front desk.

Very enjoyable. Everything you want in a 5 minute walk. Spectacular views.
Restaurants on the same street excellent for quality, service and atmosphere. The Alhambra was our favourite.
If you want to have an average meal for 4 with spectacular views over the gorge, expect for an average meal with a bottle of wine and a gin and tonic for starters around 75 euros each.

There is so much to see and do in Ronda.
There is so much to see and do in Ronda. It can be very sun intensive in the afternoon, so may I suggest sightseeing at the bridge and bullring before the tour buses arrive around 11am.
There are many parks with shade and picnic seats, all with views.
The Casa Museo don Bosco has a lovely terrace and garden with a small cafe, wine and snacks, on the side of the gorge with spectacular views. A short walk along the street takes you to a lovely park.
Walking is so lovely in the evening and so many restaurant options.

Absolutely fabulous place.
Absolutely fabulous place. So much history and so much to see. The views are incredible from so many spots. Just loved wandering the streets and finding the little cafes and shops. It’s a challenge in some hilly spots for those of us on the older side but I definitely could see myself living there.

A interesting place with breathtaking but rather scary views...
A interesting place with breathtaking but rather scary views. We were surprised at the amount of tourists around as we’d never heard of the place until recommended. 2-3 nights would be enough though and perhaps take in a walk.
Found a fantastic little bar - with spanish guitar and flamenco - open mic. - 15 Arroba. Very friendly staff too.
This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Spain. The hosts were in contact soon after booking and provided itinerary suggestions for our time there. There was parking available and early check-in was accommodated. The rooms were on the small side but scrupulously clean. The common areas had a relaxing ambience. Breakfast was included and to be looked forward to - a peaceful affair on the terrace; a place that was also lovely to read on during the day. We would certainly stay again
Location is in center of older Spanish city - the roads may be a bit challenging if you haven't driven in such places before. But, the location is GREAT for spending time seeing the city of Ronda. Room was comfortable. Gentleman who did our check-in was fantastic - gave us a map and highlighted all the attractions, places to eat, etc. Our time in Ronda was very short - Hotel San Francisco helped us make the most of it!
Located right beside the Arab baths, the hotel has very authentic Spanish architecture, a beautiful garden/patio area and a great pool overlooking the hills. It's a 10 minute walk uphill to the old town of Ronda. The breakfast was enjoyable, the staff very friendly and helpful. There's also free of charge parking for guests. Overall, a very nice hotel and we would stay again.
The location is perfect to reach main tourist attractions of Ronda by foot. Cleanliness of rooms is exceptionally good. The value for money for the hotel is on a very high level.
Car parking (extra pay) is located very conveniently although it is a bit narrow, which is quite typical for Spain.
Breakfast was pretty good although you have to purchase it separately.
There is a central heating in the room and in the bathroom which is exceptionally good when visiting Spain in winter. Also, the location is a bit remote, which was very quiet and nice and easy to reach by car. The bed was big and the matrass was comfortable, and overall we had the best experience and could recommend this hotel for everyone
we really liked the apartment. the bed I had was probably the best I had in Spain. it was all great size with nice facilities and simple modern chic aesthetic. Only a short walk from the train station and close to the main attractions. the staff were very friendly and helpful as our train arrived before check-in. thank you Maria!
The best hotel in our one month trip. The staff is amazing, room was perfectly clean, bathroom is amazing. Love the room space and amazing terrace with pool. The best breakfast on our trip. Love this place and other trip to Ronda only in the hotel Catalonia Ronda. We love this hotel. :) Thank you Vero and Leo
The location of this hotel was great. The staff was super friendly and parked our car ( they do have a garage under the hotel) which was a bonus. The room was typical European style. I have stayed in Ronda before at another property which was a bit better, but you cannot beat the access of this place
A perfect location. Room is very comfortable with direct access to a lawn and swimming pool. Weather in Ronda is cold (3°C night time) and hotel is lovely and warm inside! Bed is great and a very good breakfast spread with excellent Covid rules in place. Thoroughly recommend Parador de Ronda.
Elaine and Ian were excellent hosts and the meal we had in the evening was superb. The fact that it was only about a 10min drive into Ronda was exactly what we wanted and if we visited that part of Spain again we would definitely stay here.
Beautiful setting, pleasant family and team running the property. Would eagerly look to come back. Honestly, my wife and I would be hard pressed to come up with a place we would rather visit than this property in this region of Spain.
The room was clean, and the "hotel" (let's accept that name) reasonably close to Ronda's old-town. The brief conversation with the recepcionist at check-in was good, fast and efficient. Those are probably the only things I liked.
The hotel location and views were amazing,
The owners and staff were so attentive and always smiling.
Breakfast was so enjoyable and well presented.
We have put this hotel at the top of our list of breaks in Spain.
The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant. Beds super comfy, spacious rooms! Hotel is just a short drive from Ronda sights. Would definitely return.
Everything was great. Centrally located in Ronda. A boutique hotel with a lot of character that is also clean and well-maintained. Room was gigantic (we had a waiting room!).
great location, lovely room with balcony and street view. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast included, which is rare in Spain. It was good, if a bit basic. Lovely staff
