Quinta das Faias is a 4-hectare property in Madeira Island, situated in the lush Paradise Valley by the village of Camacha. Our host, Filipe, was very kind and took time to tell us about the local area and Madeira. There was a book with maps and tips as well. He also left a large loaf of fresh baked bread and some eggs from the chickens who roamed the farm. To top it all off, he was able to arrange for our laundry to be done the last full day we were there, even though it was a national holiday! The host is super kind and generous - he gave us excellent tips on what to do in the region and where to eat (both restaurant recommendations were epic!), welcomed us in person although we arrived around midnight, had a friendly chat with us and gave us fruit and vegetables from his garden. The location of the property was perfect for our needs (relatively close to the airport and some points of interest), there’s a miradouro perfect to watch the sunset 5min away from the property. Sunrise is seen from the balcony - amazing! The property itself has everything one may need for a comfortable stay, including washing and cooking facilities, a coffee machine, etc.

Beautiful apartment with all equipment you can ever need! The interior design amazed me. Everything was clean, I could prepare dinner, use wash machine and then relax on the big terrace with magnificent view over the garden and the ocean. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends. Also the owners seem so lovely and helpful. Place much, much better than expected!

Sea & mountain views is a holiday home situated in Porto Moniz. This unit is 4.4 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools. The host is amazing. The accomodation had everything we needed, and the view was fantastic. I really hope one day I will be back and maybe I will stay longer

Boasting views of the sea, Casa Conduto offers accommodation in a quiet area of Pontas do Sol, a 9-minute drive from Ponta do Sol Beach. Funchal is 25 km from the property. Great place in all aspects: reception, contact with owners, great views, well-equiped kitchen (with big panoramic windows with sea view - it's a pleasure to make and eat breakfast there), terrace which can be opened to the living room with grill, table, garden furnitures etc. Green terrain in perfect condition. Very comfortable bed. We were in February and there was no problem with cold (in addition to AC there are also extra heaters).
