Everything was excellent the communication from Paul and meeting Julie was amazing. Everything was immaculate The beds were so comfy The hot tub was just wow the best part for me was that they had a coffee machine I didn't need to bring mine after all.
My car got a puncture and I let Julie know and the park was amazing and it got fixed

Our caravan was too far to walk to the main area so drove everyday and parking was a nightmare!!!
The outside area could do with some TLC. Very disappointed that the bank holiday Monday hardly anything was open so we lost one day of our 3 day holiday. So our pass we paid for was way too expensive as the only thing the kids could really do was the inflatable lake course- which you had to pay for - so we thought it was a rip off!!!!!! As unable to use any pools

Our caravan was in a lovely position.
Our caravan was in a lovely position. It was away from the clubhouse and other outdoor activities and was just the quietness we wanted. Waking up to birdsong was better than the sirens we hear on our main road. We visited the castle but due to short staffing we believe, it should be open on a Tuesday, but currently is not. As we did not purchase a pass for the on-site bars etc. we ate in a restaurant just outside of the site which was well worth the money. The fish & chip shop in the little Tattershall village is good too. We will endeavour to book again for the same caravan in the future.

In the complex itself very expensive.
In the complex itself very expensive. You have to buy passes to enter amusements, pub etc, but then also pay again to do activities. If you don't mind a walk, don't buy passes visit the local pubs, really nice walk and lovely village.

Caravan was wonderful
Caravan was wonderful
Shocked that restaurant wasn't open in the week or the high bar.
Bike hire and pedlos were also always closed.
Staff didn't know what was closed or open and on 3 occasions we were sent back and forth due to trying to find out.
Outdoor activities were very limited but weather was lovely.
* Entertainment bar staff never smile. Twice we've been here and its still the same miserable staff at the entertainment bar. Getting coffee is so unorganized when its busier, ended up using costa machine on last day! Massively understaffed here.
Lounge staff seemed more pleasant so sat up there with kids but it was then closed on Monday sadly.
No towel hire allowed as we booked through private host this time. Shame as we're still in resort. Didn't understand why away resorts wouldn't help really. Tattershall disappointed us a bit this time but our caravan and host was amazing!! Thank you so much. P.s thank god for the outdoor pool, kids thought it was fab and saved the day.

Enjoyed walking around the town, there was plenty of reasonably priced pubs and shops in the area, most of it was within walking distance.
Found a nice cake and coffee shop called ginger cow cafe & bistro.
