Best service ever from Ameen at check in desk. We were a family and couldn't get 2 rooms on the same floor so Ameen at the check in desk very kindly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 44th floor! The view was fantastic! Concierge delivered our bags to the room, apartment was cleaned daily, great breakfast, gym, spa, swimming pool. Will definitely go back!

Facing the bay of Palm Island and over looking the Arabian Gulf, this iconic resort boasts of 1 Km of beach front and 65 acres of lush gardens. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. With the large beautiful gardens and the long stretch of beach it is unique in Dubai. The variety and quality of the bars and restaurants including the sister property "The Palm" are very good. The service is warm and personal. Even as the hotel is very large and we were there only for a few days members of the staff often remembered us and greeted us personally.

Excellent hotel retreat, extra spacious rooms very comfortable, excellent service and friendly staff. Enjoyed the tranquility and the beach in addition to the top rated restaurants on premise.

Hotel Jumeirah Al Qasr s 5 zvezdicami stoji na 2 km dolgi zasebni plaži. Obdan je s prostranimi urejenimi vrtovi z vodnimi kanali. Everything. Room was beautiful, the hotel design and aesthetics was amazing. The staff are great and so accommodating, absolutely nothing is a problem for them and they are always willing to help and assist you. An absolute multitude of restaurant options for breakfast and lunch or dinner included in the half-board package. We would highly recommend Al Nafoorah and the Arboretum. Big shout to Abi The hotel provides an e-butler service which greatly enhances the stay by being able to request hotel reservations and extra amenities all over WhatsApp, Viber or other social media platforms Housekeeping was immaculate. Our room was seen to twice a day, once in the morning and again the in evening. We never ran out of the essential amenities, and on the odd occasion we had a special request (more ice, shaving kits etc) they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes by house keeping staff

This 5-star resort has several swimming pools situated amidst lush gardens and 5 dining and entertainment venues. i loved everything about the hotel , the staff were wonderful and my room was upgraded so that was an excellent experience ! the club room was breathless ! I’m definitely coming back again especially for the beach facilities 😍 incredible !

It's Scam.They are not a Hotel or accommodation.We went down to Location they send and they made us 45 min.After one Arabic guy came and took us to a Room which is like a Labour Camp.That room is like a Gas chamber of Cigaratte smell and lot of Man and women around That room.They are a Scam..They just take money from is in advance and after not offered room.Pls don't get cheated
