- Hotel de la Balance is set in a 16th century building in the historical center of Montbéliard, just 200 meters from Montbéliard Castle. Very accommodating to cyclists. They had a nice secure area to store our bikes.

This hotel is set in the heart of Besançon, just 700 metres from the banks of the Doubs River. Guests have free Wi-Fi internet access and are invited to relax in the hotel's lounge bar. I loved the “old school” simple charm and the fabulous location.

The Best Western Citadelle is located in the historic city center of Besançon, a 5-minute walk from the Doubs River and the Citadelle. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Location was good, breakfast ok. Parking good but you need to book prior to visiting.

B&B HOTEL Montbéliard-Sochaux is located in Sochaux, just a 15-minute walk from the Château de Montbéliard and a 3-minute walk from the Peugeot Museum. It offers an on-site bar and restaurant. It was just around the corner from the two places we wanted to visit.

Located in Pontarlier, just 1 km from the city centre, the ibis Pontarlier offers a restaurant, a bar and a 24-hour reception. The modern rooms include free WiFi internet access. comfortable, friendly staff, full of amenities.

Offering a furnished terrace overlooking the village of Montlebon, Hotel des Montagnards is located in Morteau in the Franche-Comté Region. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The lady at the reception was charming. The room was nicely done.

Located 5 km from the centre of Besançon and the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Hotel restaurant Vesontio offers an air-conditioned restaurant and a meeting room. Free WiFi is available throughout. We got a very quiet and a very clean room here as we needed to spend the night along our trip.
