Professional kind friendly and helpful staff,they serve you with love.the resort is very clean and exellent food with variety restaurants, everything on time. And thank to my heroes my superman butler Mr. Jose and the greatest receptionists at VIP lounge they push my statement to the next level with the best services. Also I would like to thank the amazing spa team Ms. Joanna and all the professionals there. I was honoured to be served by the restaurants team Ms. Rosana Damas, Carlos, Fernando Jimenez and Chef Rafael Perez.
